What is the return policy for pre-order items? Does the 14-day return period start when I place the order or when I receive the product?

The 14-day return period begins when you receive your item ("nach Erhalt deines Artikels"), not when you place the order. This is particularly important for pre-orders, which have an estimated delivery time of 30 days.

Is there a warranty period on the product structure or finish?

Yes, there is a specific warranty period for the products.
- Duration: All VANTAA acoustic panel models come with a 2-year warranty.
- Coverage:
The company guarantees the quality, suitability, effectiveness, and safety of the products supplied.
- Conditions: To maintain the warranty, you must strictly follow the parameters, recommendations, and suggestions for use, handling, installation, and maintenance detailed in the technical data sheets.
Failure to comply with these specifications will void the warranty.

How to Initiate a Return?

You must request a return by contacting the company at hello@nordiko.eu before sending any items back. Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Can I schedule a specific delivery date?

Unfortunatly not yet. We collaborate with our courier partens to improve this option as soon as possible.

Can I purchase a sample piece before committing to a full wall?

Yes. You can buy our samples in our product page.

Do you offer panels in custom heights (e.g., 270cm or 300cm) for high ceilings?

No. If you have any specific request, please contact us at hello@nordiko.eu, or book a meeting using our contact page.

Are the products CO2 neutral?

Are the panels flexible enough to be installed on curved walls or pillars?

No, there are some limitations with curved walls or pillars. You need to cut part of the dark fiber on the back of the panel.

Do the panels require an expansion gap between them?

You do not need to leave a manual expansion gap between the panels.

What color are the included screws?

Black.

If I decide to glue the panels, which type of adhesive would you recommend — construction adhesive, grab adhesive, or silicone?

We suggest HIGH TACK glue.

Is it structurally safe to attach lighting or heavy shelving directly to the panels, or should these be anchored to the wall behind, given the felt/MDF backing?

It is not safe to attach heavy shelving or heavy lighting directly to the acoustic panels. You should anchor these items through the panel and into the structural wall behind.
